“At Last! The Missing Ingredient that Ensures Success” - Dr. Noel Swanson, MD

As a physician I have seen countless lives devastated by smoking. I have also seen countless individuals struggling to break free. Yet few do.

So what is different about those that do achieve success? In my experience as a psychiatrist, it comes down to two things:

1. Making the decision that it is time to quit, and

2. Getting support.

Of these, it is actually the second that is the hardest. After all, to whom do you go? Other smokers will put temptation in your way, enticing you to “have just one more”. Non-smokers will nag you and tell you how easy it is. And ex-smokers will preach at you.

This program stands out head and shoulders above the many other programs out there because of its emphasis on support. The directors will hold your hand, day by day, until you succeed. They will not let you fail. In fact, the only way you can fail is to turn around to them and say, “I have decided to stay a smoker”. Failing that, if you just stick with this program, you will quit smoking.

It is this degree of support, along with that incredible money-back guarantee, that makes this program quite unique. I am proud to be associated with it.

From our members

When we asked how the program was working

Thank you so much for asking.

Yes!!! I can sit here and proudly type that I am smoke-free!!!

It feels great to say, but even better to be. I did what the program suggested, which was pick a day to stop. I read the booklet and listened to the CD. When the time came I started taking the vitamins and the supplements in the kit.

I feel absolutely wonderful! I started running again and last night I made it up to 2.4 miles before I got winded. I cannot even tell you how wonderful that made me feel.

Everyone is so proud of me. I am even more proud of myself. Your program is working for me and I will gladly pass the word on to others who may be trying to quit! This is my 19th day of being smoke-free. I thought I would want to smoke when I drank a few beers with friends….not the case. I have been in several situations where others are smoking and I was not even tempted. I can’t believe it!!!

Thank you for your program. It is wonderful!!

It took me 60 years to realize that smoking was slowly killing me. I found it strange that when I met new people, especially those I really liked, they didn’t seem to stay around very long. I couldn’t understand why they didn’t do more than just wave and say “Hi.”

By the time it began to make a difference to me, my husband told me I would have to quit smoking because it was bothering him. Smoking outside didn’t help because he could still smell it on my clothes. Smoking in my room didn’t do it either because when I opened the door to come out, the smell remained and was really bad.

Finally one day he said, “Choose whatever stop smoking program you want and I’ll pay for it.” So I spent the next day on the internet and found the “End the Habit Stop Smoking Program”. He looked over the program, ordered it and within a few days it was here.

After reading the booklet and listening to the CD, I realized this wasn’t going to be all that bad after all. There was lots of support material and I had the support personnel to keep me inspired and on track.

One of the best support people I spoke with (Darren Warmuth) not only encouraged me, he also had a sense of humor. This helped me feel even more encouraged to keep working the program. He is a real person who knows how to motivate people because he himself had been through the same experience.

I’m so glad I chose “End The Habit” The support personnel are kind, encouraging and helpful. You can’t go wrong using this method.

I am glad to say I am a nonsmoker. It has been three and a half weeks since I have smoked a cigarette, so yes, I am smoke free.

Hey Darren,

I’ve been weed-free for a week now and it is a very satisfying feeling. The surprising thing about the program is that the pit-of-the-stomach, physical cravings that I was expecting were/are virtually non-existent; the psychological ones, on the other hand, do occasionally rear their ugly heads…but it’s amazing how quickly a couple of incantations of the “I am a non-smoker! I am free!” mantra can dispel them! Fortunately, the mental temptations seem to crop up less frequently with each passing day. In any event, I am a non-smoker and I will not be swayed!

…..Although there have been a few temptations–all of short duration and very manageable–I am still, and will continue to be, a non-smoker!

I have only one thing to add to what I have already written: while the vitamins and the lobelia may have played and might still be playing a vital role in my successful battle to abandon “the weed”, I am persuaded that the psychological component of your program is what best equipped me to win the battle: mentally, the program prepared me superbly to cope with every single challenge I faced along the way, and it has kept me resolute in my decision to never light up again. Thanks!

Ciao,

Brian

From Karen Robinson - Naka Herbs & Vitamins

I have been in the Natural Health Industry for more than 20 years and I know the importance of approaching an addiction from every angle.

When End the Habit Inc. approached Naka Herbs & Vitamins requesting we become their natural supplement suppliers it became my job to ensure our quality products were being promoted in an ethical and safe manner. I was impressed by the open and honest way Mr. Darren Warmuth presented his company and his genuine desire to End the Habit for those who want to.

I researched all the information on End the Habit including the written instructions and found the program to contain an excellent collection of approaches to smoking cessation. They have approached it from every angle including and most important the utilization of supplements. In today’s modern lifestyles where toxins surround us and our foods are almost devoid of nutrients, we are left with few defenses against the emotional roller coaster of addictions.

We all know smoking is bad for us, but it also increases your need for vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. At Naka Herbs & Vitamins and in the natural health industry we know there are herbal extracts that help address nicotine addiction and reduce the detrimental effects of smoking cigarettes. Naka has developed Respir-Ease that helps not only to reduce the effects of smoking but will help address cravings for tobacco. Our customers tell us it has helped to reduce snoring, wheezing and their intense cravings.

This important support supplement and others are offered in the End the Habit program and are in my opinion a testament to the company’s attention to every detail of Smoking Cessation Success!
