Program Steps

Smoking, whether it be cigarettes, cigars or pipe tobacco, is the body’s desire to maintain a consistent level of nicotine. It’s that simple. It’s an addiction. And 72 hours is all it takes to end that addiction. 12 hours without a cigarette - 90% of the nicotine is gone. 72 hours - 99%!

That is what this program will do, show you how to prepare for that 72 hours and beyond. Not only to prepare but look forward to it.

With the guidance and support from the End the Habit Stop Smoking Program you will attain the FREEDOM you have desired for so very, very long.

  • Step One – The Audio CD - In it you’ll discover all the misinformation and fallacies that are keeping you hostage as a smoker and what the truths really are. We’ll analyze your smoking history and habits to show you exactly how much smoking is costing you - and not just in monetary terms. You’ll discover that when you really examine your smoking habit that there is not one thing beneficial about it. Also with a little insightful thought you will come to realize what your true driving force is in quitting - and a little hint here, it’s not usually the money. In the second half we’ll delve into the actual program itself and discuss the benefits of support and how to find it; the usage of herbal supplements and their benefits over pharmaceutically available products; and how to prepare your thoughts and surroundings to make the transition to becoming a non-smoker without the stress you’ve encountered on previous attempts.

(Steps two, three and four are used simultaneously)

  • Step Two – A step-by-step written program guide - The guide begins with thoughts that mirror the CD and expands on them to help keep what you have learned in the forefront of your thinking. It provides further proof of the benefits of quitting; a few statistics that will put quitting into its proper perspective (it’s much easier than you think); and where you should and should not seek support. The second section deals with what you will need before you quit; how to prepare for the day you finally do; and specific do’s and don’ts that will make the whole process easier.Lastly you’ll find the step-by-step pages which will tell you what to do each and every day as well as help to build your resolve through positive affirmation techniques.

  • Step Three – Highly effective non-addictive herbal supplements - The herb Lobelia inflata has been recognized as the most powerful smoking cessation aid by many doctors, botanists, naturopathic and homeopathic practitioners. It mimics the effects of nicotine but in much smaller doses and without being addictive. The effect is so pronounced that after utilizing the tools learned in the guide and starting on the supplements many people find that they need to accelerate their program’s pace to match their body’s desires. And this is perfectly fine. You don’t want to continue smoking if your mind and body are telling you not to. As you’ll discover once you have received the materials, this is why we have made the program flexible to suit your needs.
  • Step Four – development of a solid support system. Where do you go to get help when you need it? To your support buddies (we’ll show you who and who not to choose) and to the us via the End the Habit Help Desk, that’s where. It is in these two places that you will find the guidance and support you need.
  • Step Five – Help others (optional but recommended) - Nothing, and I mean nothing will give you greater satisfaction than helping another human being break free of their nicotine addiction.

A little personal story if I may. The first person I ever helped to quit smoking was a 17 year old exchange student who was staying in our home. He had hid the fact that he was a smoker because he thought it might make him an outcast.

With all the anti-smoking laws being passed I think this is a feeling all smokers are now having. In any case when I found that he was a smoker I pleaded with him to stop before it was too late. Naturally being a teenage boy he came right back with ‘ But I enjoy smoking’ and ‘I can quit any time I want’ - exactly what I expected him to do.

Where I really stumped him is that I repeated these very same statements as they fell from his lips. He simply stared at me and asked me how I knew what he was going to say. “Simple,” I said, “I used to say the exact same things. Only I said them for twenty long years.”

He looked at the cigarette for a long while and then looked back up at me with a new realization in his eyes. Without saying another word I knew we had an understanding. He didn’t quit that day but I am happy to report that with our help he was a non-smoker before leaving our home.

We still speak with him on occasion and happily he has never touched another cigarette since.

So again I make this humble request once you too have beaten the habit - help us help others to realize their FREEDOM.

There’s no feeling like it.
